Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in building SaaS products from scratch and leading high performing engineering teams.
• Experience with AI/ML-driven software platforms, data processing, voice transcription, and LLM.
• Knowledge of building specialty knowledge databases and integrating ERP/CRM systems.
• Solid understanding of Semantics and Ontologies in database solutions preferred.
• Professional software development experience: 15+ years, including hands-on software engineering/architecture.
• 5+ years of managing or leading software development teams, both in-house and outsourced.
• Familiarity with DBMS, OCR, AI, LLM, NLP, Linux, Android, and iOS.
• Experience in data science or AI/ML with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-first mentality, strong relationship-building skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel as needed, likely 20-25%.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a co-founder and executive partner to the CEO assisting in shaping company strategy and technical vision.
• Plan and define architecture, lead MVP creation via hands-on coding and collaboration with developers.
• Support product management strategy by mapping business value and functionality requirements into product features.
• Manage budget allocation for team growth, execution, and R&D.
• Support Sales and Customer Support teams with pre and post-sales activities.
• Maintain strong relationships with outside vendors to meet deadlines within budget.
• Refine engineering architecture for security, scalability, and reliability.
• Build and lead an engineering/product team dedicated to product advancement.
• Implement continuous improvement and best practices within the Engineering organization.
• Design and develop maintainable code using modern technologies.
• Execute continuous deployment practices and lead all technology operations.
