Requirements:
  • At least 7 years of international working experience in different markets as a business development manager, sales executive, or other relevant roles.
  • A track record of outstanding performance in your market.
  • Proven experience in selling financial software. Experience in selling credit risk software is a big plus.
  • Experience in managing complex tender processes.
  • Strong executive presence and experience preparing Board materials and presenting to C-suite leaders.
  • Excellent communicator with superb verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Experience writing and communicating with executives.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
Responsibilities:
  • Secure new customers/subscriptions, in alignment with the company’s budget.
  • Qualify marketing leads.
  • Design and execute sales strategy per opportunity, including tasks such as: connecting and building rapport with key decision makers, establishing sponsors, identifying pain points and compelling events, understanding the buying process, onboarding the ideal partner, connecting with C-Levels, etc.
  • Organize and lead presales activities, such as end-user or C-Level or technical presentations, system demonstrations, POCs, Q&A sessions, etc.
  • Deliver presentations and system walkthroughs and liaise with other Team Leads for more complex presales activities (POCs, technical demonstrations, etc.).
  • Prepare and submit quotes and commercial proposals and lead negotiations, in collaboration with the Head of S&M.
  • Support the contracting process, in collaboration with the Chief Customer Operations Officer and the Legal Advisor.
  • Keep CRM up to date with all opportunities in the pipeline.
  • Hand over new deals to the Delivery department.
