Requirements:
  • The ideal SRA CEO candidate will possess a minimum of a bachelor's degree in business, nonprofit management, or a related field.

  • The CEO is also responsible for elevating SRA’s financial acumen to ensure fiscal health and sustainability, ensuring accurate financial performance monitoring.
  • As the organization’s top thought leader and brand ambassador, the CEO will champion SRA’s external relations and visibility.
  • Hiring and developing a high-performing team, the CEO needs to model inclusivity and collaboration, maintaining a supportive organizational culture.
  • The CEO will evaluate and evolve necessary organizational infrastructure, systems, and processes for growth.
