• Knowledge of banking, payment-related products, and Zendesk preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Drives customer success through program management, customer service/support, and training.
• Develops knowledge of accounts-payable processes and customer needs.
• Communicates customer requirements to internal teams to enhance service.
• Maintains understanding of customer business needs for revenue protection and retention.
• Informs product/sales teams of customer needs.
• Provides creative solutions to customer challenges and facilitates necessary information collection.
• Educates customers on best practices and provides product training.
