Requirements:

• Strong English speaking, writing, and comprehension.
• 5+ years working in a similar role to produce English content.
• Experience developing marketing automation and email marketing strategies.
• Experience utilizing AI such as ChatGPT, and the ability to demonstrate how they improve content marketing without replacing it.
• Experience using SEMRush to complete keyword research.
• Experience applying SEO best practices to content.
• Formal education in advanced English writing.
• Experience using standard office and document processing software such as Microsoft Office and Google Docs.
• Zoho CRM experience is a plus.
• Strong internet connection and full remote work setup (monitor, strong computer, webcam, microphone or headset).
• Willingness to work live based on USA time zone.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and execute all content strategies for marketing.
• Develop a process for planning, drafting, editing, and approving content within the team, and alongside other leadership.
• Plan marketing automation workflows and work alongside our CRM/Marketing Automation team to implement (email and SMS marketing).
• Utilize tools such as Make.com and ChatGPT to help improve the speed at which content is created.
• Measure the success of content strategies and formulate plans for improvement.
• Develop recurring systems for content creation that allow scale. Make recommendations to the business owner for other roles that need to be filled to grow the marketing team.
• Oversee content SEO across the website.
• Formulate new content marketing strategies.
• Demonstrate leadership, teamwork, collaboration, motivation, and accountability with remote work.
