Requirements:

• MD, PharmD, or PhD strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of experience with a medical communications agency or equivalent.
• Strong scientific background and ability to communicate complex scientific ideas.
• Desire to produce high-quality medical content and engage with clients and experts.
• Willingness to accept feedback and implement it.
• Experience in synthesizing and interpreting data.
• Ability to perform medical literature searches.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team structure.
• Flexibility across multiple therapeutic areas.
• High comfort level interacting with clients and thought leaders.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in performing PubMed searches and using MS365 programs.

Responsibilities:

• Participating as an active team member in providing strategic recommendations and contributing to continuous quality improvement.
• Developing high-quality written materials that are scientifically accurate and meet client specifications.
• Consulting with internal teams to conceptualize and develop multimedia assets.
• Leading client meetings and collaborating with medical directors.
• Providing support for meetings and interacting with key experts.
• Researching medical topics and maintaining knowledge in relevant therapy areas.
• Mentoring junior writers and assisting in new business development.
