Quality Assurance Analyst

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Subject matter expert or superuser experience with cloud software products, ideally in the financial/operational space.
• Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, and strong English language written communication skills.
• Essential – proven experience working in a remote environment.
• Ideal but not required: experience with issue tracking in JIRA, experience with Qase, familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct manual and automated testing, including in-app click paths and UI validation.
• Organize and execute test plans, document results in the Qase platform, ensuring testing timelines are met.
• Identify errors, provide detailed reports to developers, and track issue resolution using JIRA.
• Work closely with the QA Manager, Product Owners, and other team members to align on timelines and next steps.
• Participate in refining and enhancing testing methodologies.
