- A dynamic, proactive approach, with flexibility to work in rotating shifts: morning (9:00 - 18:00) and evening (13:00 - 22:00).
- Readiness to potentially work night shifts (22:00 - 7:00).
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers and help solve their problems and concerns.
- Report issues to neighboring teams: account managers, technical specialists, developers.
- Coordinate and monitor the problem-solving process, receiving feedback from the client and neighboring teams.
