Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CPA) viewed favourably.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, focused on liquidity management, financial analysis, or M&A activities.
• Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Understanding of banking and financial services business model and unit economics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct weekly and monthly liquidity analysis to ensure optimal cash flow management.
• Monitor and report on the company’s liquidity position and forecast future cash flows.
• Perform analyses to help manage and grow the firm’s deposits and develop strategies for optimizing the liability structure.
• Prepare group board reports and investor presentations, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Assist in evaluation and execution of M&A opportunities, performing financial due diligence.
• Oversee financial setup for new entities and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Assist with incorporation of new entities in international markets and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Conduct various ad hoc financial analyses and prepare detailed reports for management.
