Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce or customer experience products.
• Proficiency in analysis and business modeling using Excel.
• Experience with Google Analytics, BigQuery, PowerBI, Python, or R is a plus.
• Strong SQL skills to write complex queries.
• Expertise in descriptive and inferential statistical analysis.
• Experience in setting up and analyzing A/B testing or hypothesis testing.
• Ability to translate analysis results into actionable business recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management and partners.
• Advanced English level.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Product and Analytics leadership to structure analysis and derive actionable insights.
• Analyze internal and external data for growth and optimization opportunities.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to a broad audience, including senior leadership.
• Perform descriptive and prescriptive analytics, including A/B testing.
• Implement business metrics to drive performance.
• Contribute to determining growth strategy from marketing and operations perspectives.
• Lead individual analyses to understand the audience for informed strategic decisions.
