Requirements:

  • You will lead a team of Account Executives to expand Sourcegraph's footprint in the market and bring the code intelligence platform to top-tier companies.
  • Within your first month, you will conduct 1:1’s with Account Executives, set your OKRs, and meet key partners.
  • Within three months, define and execute a regional sales plan, empower Account Executives, and assess team member capabilities.
  • By six months, help your team consistently meet or exceed quota, and within a year, be recognized as a top-performing leader with a successful team.
