Requirements:
  • C1/C2 English and Spanish writing and speaking skills.
  • At least 1 year of Recruitment or Talent Acquisition experience preferably remote.
  • Experience or familiarity with HR and talent management processes.
  • Graduated (or soon to graduate) with a college degree.
  • A quiet home office with a desk and office chair.
  • Stable internet with at least 10 MBPS download & 2 MBPS upload speed.
  • A laptop/desktop with 8GB RAM, a 1.6GHz processor, and 50GB of free hard-drive space, a headset, and a smartphone.
  • Access to a quiet 'home office'.

  • Publishing job posts on various recruitment platforms.
  • Applicant screening through resume/application review.
  • Shortlist candidates who will be interviewed for the role.
  • Actively sourcing talent using various recruitment tools.
  • Contacting applicants as the first point of contact via email and phone.
  • Scheduling interviews with candidates.
  • Initial pre-screening calls with candidates.
  • Conducting interviews with candidates.
  • Supporting the team with administrative requirement tasks.
  • Maintaining candidate database using client's ATS, Recruiter Flow.
