Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-3 years of previous prospecting experience.
- Familiarity with systems including Salesforce, Outreach.io, ZoomInfo, and other prospecting tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong business and tech acumen.
- Highly motivated, driven, and self-starting individual.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Ability to understand customer needs and successfully pitch a product sale.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Prior lead generation or sales prospecting experience and a college degree will enhance consideration.
Responsibilities:
- Qualify, follow up, educate, and develop a substantial volume of inbound and outbound leads to progress prospects in Cribl's sales process.
- Efficiently respond to and qualify inbound marketing leads according to set SLAs.
- Generate sales-ready meetings for sales executives using Cribl's qualification criteria.
- Research target new accounts, identify key personas, generate interest through cold calls and email campaigns.
- Utilize strong selling and influencing skills to uncover customer needs and effectively pitch Cribl's solutions.
- Log, track, and maintain Salesforce to adhere to Cribl's lead to opportunity flow.
- Accurately distribute leads/meetings through discovery to assigned sales executives.
- Achieve meeting quotas to meet territory revenue and growth objectives.
- Work closely with Sales Directors and attend customer meetings.
- Participate in sales meetings, training, and local trade shows.
- Collaborate with marketing to improve lead quality and pipeline generation.
