Instructional Designer, GTM Enablement

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in instructional design in B2B SaaS companies.
• Experience with course authoring and video/audio design tools (Articulate 360, Adobe Illustrator, TechSmith Camtasia preferred).
• Experience incorporating multiple media elements into learning programs.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and needs assessment techniques.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage projects from start to finish.
• Data-driven approach with a passion for uncovering effective learning methods.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with internal stakeholders.
• Empathy for challenges in public relations and communications.
• Desire to learn new technologies for creating digital education solutions.
• Direct experience with major LMS systems (Skilljar is a plus).

Responsibilities:

• Work alongside Go-To-Market Enablement Team to analyze training needs and support change for new processes.
• Develop learning experiences through a unified content strategy with a continuous learning path for GTM teams and customers.
• Create learning and development assets such as courses, videos, webinars, and product simulations to facilitate positive behavior changes.
• Track and oversee metrics to measure the success and impact of training, tools, and processes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with key stakeholders and field inquiries from GTM teams.
