Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership to the remote monitoring nursing team.
• Monitor and improve services for optimal patient care.
• Manage patient safety, staffing, and quality issues.
• Conduct regular performance reviews of nursing staff.
• Participate in the recruitment and skill mix review of nursing staff.
• Ensure compliance with CQC during inspections.
• Audit nursing practice and work collaboratively with stakeholders.
