Requirements:

• A director, vice president, or other senior executive in sales with 20+ years of experience managing sales or revenue-generating teams.
• Desire to turn people leadership skills into meaningful coaching skills.
• Passionate about helping people advance in the workplace and build fulfilling careers.
• Self-aware with a high emotional IQ, creating a safe space for vulnerability.
• Excited about growing coaching skills with a growth mindset.
• Comfortable in a constantly-changing startup environment.

Responsibilities:

• Providing 1:1 coaching, feedback, and support through virtual sessions and the Mento Platform.
• Participating in ongoing training sessions to improve coaching abilities and skills.
• Communicating with members via chat in the Mento App in between sessions.
• Being an integral member of the Mento coaching community by sharing coaching tools and insights.
• Acting with kindness, respect, and empathy as an ambassador of the Mento community.
