Requirements:

• 4-8 years of underwriting experience in management liability.
• A network of brokers, carriers, underwriters, or clients in management liability insurance.
• Expertise in management liability products including rating manuals and policy forms.
• Ability to establish long-term partnerships with brokerages.
• Confidence in presenting to stakeholders.
• Proven track record of exceeding targets and sales success.
• Enthusiasm for challenges in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to travel at least once a month.
• College degree with relevant work experience.

Responsibilities:

• Achieve and exceed underwriting performance and revenue goals.
• Quote competitively and manage quote-related communication thoughtfully.
• Collaborate with Risk Engineers on unique exposures of complex accounts.
• Provide market feedback and suggest improvements to terms, rates, and guidelines.
• Engage with assigned brokers to close accounts.
• Represent Counterpart at broker meetings and industry events.
• Contribute feedback on product tools and services.
