Requirements:

• Experience and comfortability treating both adolescents and adults required for this role.
• Minimum education of Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling or other Behavioral Science.
• Current New York licensure: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), LCSW-R, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).
• Individual professional malpractice liability insurance policy (or willingness to purchase).
• Individual NPI number (or willingness to obtain).
• Submission of a fully completed, signed CAQH application (or willingness to obtain).
• Comfortable learning new online tools and technology.
• Reliable internet connection.
• Fluent in Spanish preferred (speaking/writing).

Responsibilities:

• Ability and willingness to work with both adolescent (13-17) and adult (18+) clients remotely via HIPAA compliant messaging-based and video-based therapy.
• Diagnosis and treatment of mental and emotional disorders.
• Maintain a full-time caseload of at least 30 billable hours per week.
• Engage with and respond to all clients within a timely manner.
• Complete all required documentation in a timely manner.
• Test and support Direct to Employer products including the new digital EAP.
• Understand therapist experience on the platform and formulate best practices to implement to improve therapist experience.
• Attend regular meetings with Clinical Supervisor.
• Obtain additional professional licensure in states assigned by the company.
• Additional duties as assigned.
