Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Equity Research, Private Equity, or Strategic Finance.
• Proven track record in evaluating and closing acquisitions and navigating capital markets.
• Exceptional communication skills, ability to articulate financial concepts to stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong relationship management skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Lead critical financial initiatives including M&A financial support, investor relations, and multi-year financial planning.
• Own financial modeling, drive strategic assessments, act as a liaison with the investment community.
• Support corporate development mandates including due diligence, valuation, and integration work streams.
• Oversee investor relations program, managing communications and preparing materials for investor meetings.
• Manage the company’s multi-year financial planning and support strategic assessments with the executive team.
