Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience on deployment teams using project management techniques.
• Direct experience with observability tools and best practices.
• Proven track record of successful delivery of customer projects, preferably in enterprise implementations.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with customers and internal teams.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), and systems architecture design.
• Software engineering experience or ability to read code in languages like GoLang, JS, or TypeScript.

Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized business and technical consultation to customers.
• Guide customers through onboarding and adoption of Grafana offerings.
• Deliver packaged training, quick-starts, and specialized consulting for high-priority customers.
• Monitor ongoing support and identify recurring issues while advocating for customers’ voices.
• Collaborate with product teams for improvements and innovations.
