Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience working on deployment teams, using project management techniques.
• Direct experience with observability.
• Best practices for deploying an observability stack with Grafana products.
• Proven track record of delivering customer projects successfully.
• Excellent communication skills for customer and internal collaboration.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), and systems architecture design.
• Software Engineering experience or ability to read code (GoLang/JS/TypeScript).

Responsibilities:

• Guide customers through business and technical consultation to achieve objectives with Grafana.
• Manage the customer onboarding and adoption lifecycle for Grafana offerings.
• Deliver training, quick-starts, project assurance, and specialized consulting.
• Ensure ongoing support and value from Grafana products.
• Monitor support requests and recommend product improvements based on customer feedback.
