Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience working on deployment teams, using project management techniques.
• Direct experience with observability (o11y).
• Knowledge of best practices for using and deploying an o11y stack.
• Experience delivering successful customer projects, preferably enterprise implementations.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized business and technical consultation to achieve customer objectives using Grafana.
• Manage the life-cycle of customer onboarding and adoption of Grafana offerings.
• Deliver packaged training, quick-starts, and session cataloging.
• Support high-priority customers with specialized consulting and resource management.
• Monitor ongoing support and ensure customers gain value from our products.
