• Ambitious and driven, creating new business opportunities.
• At least 4-5 years of full-cycle sales experience, ideally in DevOps.
• 3+ years of software sales experience.
• Experience managing a list of 6-20 accounts.
• Excellent communication skills with management, customers, and partners.
• Track record of quota attainment.
• Strong business development background and experience in opening new logos.
• Excellent organizational skills and CRM hygiene.
• Experience with formal sales training like Challenger Sale, MEDDPICC, and Value Framework.
• Familiar with the Software Development Life Cycle.
• Experience selling to developers, QA engineers, Site-reliability engineers, and other C-Suite department heads.
• Expertise in Salesforce and CPQ.

Responsibilities:

• Identifying emerging product and industry trends through customer insights and competitive analysis.
• Developing and managing sales pipeline and accurate forecast through the CRM system.
• Building multi-threaded strategic relationships within assigned named accounts.
• Serving as key client contact for all customers and coordinating resources to support pre & post-sale experience.
• Keeping abreast of competition and products.
• Developing and presenting executive-level presentations to customers.
