Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or similar field with 5+ years experience, or master’s degree with 3+ years.
• 2+ years experience managing global projects.
• Multiple years of experience with US employment laws including EEOC, INS, ADEA, ERISA, ADA, FMLA, and FLSA.

Responsibilities:

• HRBP for Assigned Client Groups – 50% of time spent; partner with functional leaders on HR initiatives.
• Support talent and management development and performance management.
• Manage HR Operations for Platform associates.
• As Project Lead (50% of time), plan and execute projects including scope, objectives, and timelines.
• Build project teams, maintain documentation, and present project reports.
