Requirements:
  • Demonstrated success in relationship management in the automotive industry.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to understand and present data.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of client service excellence.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools is a plus.
  • Expertise in interfacing with client contacts at various leadership levels.

  • Ability to travel domestically up to 25%.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage, maintain, and retain dealer accounts within an assigned book of business.
  • Advocate for dealer success to reduce churn and problem-solve issues.
  • Onboard, train and support dealer accounts.
  • Ensure dealers have necessary resources on the TrueCar platform.
  • Collaborate with the Dealer Operations team to support assigned accounts.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with dealer senior leaders.
  • Monitor and resolve dealer escalations.
  • Serve as a liaison regarding product implementation.
  • Stay informed about new or upcoming products as a subject matter expert.
  • Report all activity in Salesforce and communicate with team members.
