Requirements:
  • Demonstrated success in relationship management in the automotive industry.
  • Tech-savvy with ability to interpret and present data.
  • Quick grasp of new concepts and willingness to solve problems.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of excellent client service.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools is a plus.
  • Ability to interface with leadership across client contacts.
  • Capability to present technical content and respond urgently.
  • Understanding of client standards and product features.
  • Ability to communicate requirements to ensure internal alignment.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage, maintain, and retain dealer accounts within an assigned book of business.
  • Advocate for dealer success to reduce churn and solve issues.
  • Onboard, train, and support dealer accounts using standard practices.
  • Ensure dealers have resources for success on the TrueCar platform.
  • Collaborate with the Dealer Operations team to support assigned accounts.
  • Establish strong relationships with dealer senior leaders and decision-makers.
  • Monitor and resolve dealer escalations with involved functional areas.
  • Serve as liaison for product implementation and continuous management.
  • Learn new products and features in partnership with the Dealer training team.
  • Report and record activity within Salesforce.
