Requirements:

• 8+ years of industry experience in a data science or analytics role within a high-growth technology startup.
• Advanced SQL skills and proficiency in one or more scripting languages (Python, R).
• Experience in leading data science or analytics projects from conception to completion.
• Proven ability to influence company strategy based on data findings.
• Experience presenting findings to senior stakeholders and executives.
• Deep interest or understanding of the crypto ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute on all analytics and strategy initiatives for a business pillar within Magic Eden.
• Conduct analysis to inform product and business strategy, presenting recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Develop and measure metrics to monitor performance for the company and specific areas.
• Mentor team members and enhance the efficiency of the Data Science and Analytics team.
