- 8+ years of experience in data science, analytics, and business intelligence with at least 3+ years leading high-performing data teams.
- Experience in a high-growth consumer technology startup environment required, ideally in crypto or fintech
- Proven ability to connect data insights to business strategy, driving measurable impact on growth, retention, and revenue.
- Deep understanding of data science methodologies, analytics frameworks, and modern data infrastructure. Familiarity with SQL, Python, and data visualization tools is a plus.
- Experience working closely with product, engineering, marketing, and leadership teams to align data initiatives with company goals.
- Ability to build scalable data processes, improve execution, and ensure high-quality insights are delivered efficiently.
- Experience in hiring, mentoring, and developing data teams. Track record of fostering a culture of learning, feedback, and continuous improvement.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, synthesize complex data, and create clear, actionable strategies that drive business results.
