Requirements:

• 4+ years experience as an API writer, content developer, or similar role.
• Ability to create and test relevant API examples, familiarity with the Swagger API platform.
• Demonstrated ability to produce API and SDK documentation focused on developer experience.
• Excellent English-language written and verbal communication skills.
• A portfolio showcasing skills in enterprise software documentation for technical audiences.
• Experience working in a startup serving enterprise users.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, services, and streaming data.
• Ability to follow and adapt a house style guide, edit and self-edit.
• Willingness to work in a fast-moving environment and prioritize requests.
• Ability to collaborate using Git-based workflows and static site generators.
• Skill in using Atlassian tools and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities:
