Requirements:

• 2-5 years of professional experience as a data analyst or related role.
• Experience with SQL is preferred, or another data query language.
• Python experience or a willingness to learn quickly.
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex problems to stakeholders.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Self-directed and able to work independently in ambiguous situations.
• A customer service mindset and ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Run finance-related daily operations including validation of loan originations and secondary market transactions.
• Build automation tasks.
• Design and maintain scalable solutions for business initiatives.
• Promote a data-driven culture by providing innovative data solutions.
• Empower various teams as a subject matter expert in Treasury-related topics.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with several teams.
• Develop and maintain Treasury-specific datasets and data pipelines.
• Handle ad hoc requests from the business.
• Identify and implement changes to enhance controls and mitigate risk.
