Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, business, marketing or consumer research discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in analyzing marketing performance, preferably in a DTC subscription business.
• Ability to measure effectiveness of marketing programs.
• Familiarity with attribution models.
• Experience in identifying customer behavioral hypotheses from web performance analytics.
• Expertise in manipulating and blending qualitative and quantitative data.
• Experience with SQL, SAS, R, or Python.
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse performance of acquisition and retention marketing programs.
• Conduct analysis of marketing investments and recommend optimal budget allocations.
• Utilize Google Analytics for identifying conversion trends.
• Analyse impacts of customer engagement on business outcomes.
• Provide data-driven insights to support operations and strategic decisions.
• Build dashboards and reports to convey complex data findings.
• Develop marketing-focused data models and reporting automations within Snowflake and DBT.
