Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in FS/QA within the meat manufacturing industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in food science or related field is an asset.
• In-depth knowledge of USDA regulations, HACCP, and GMPs.
• Experience with GFSI standards and food safety auditing.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in conducting regular inspections and audits at contract manufacturing plants and warehouses.
• Support compliance with quality and food safety standards.
• Participate in product quality investigations.
• Conduct mock recall exercises and verify product traceability.
• Monitor and analyze consumer complaints related to product quality.
