Requirements:

• Solid understanding of different aspects of game AI (navigation, behavior, etc).
• Knowledge of modern animation systems and techniques.
• Comfortable working in an iteration driven environment and with minimal oversight.
• 5+ years of professional game programming experience.
• Shipped at least one complete title.
• Proficiency in C/C++ and Microsoft Visual Studio.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Solid math skills.

Responsibilities:

• Author AI behaviors for in-game characters.
• Extend and support animation systems for creating AAA quality AI.
• Work with the design team to create playable spaces conducive to AI interaction.
• Revise and tune characters based on design goals and playtest feedback.
• Profile and optimize code to meet memory and CPU budgets.
• Proactively diagnose and fix bugs in AI and animation systems.
