Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years behavioral health admissions experience; ideally with inpatient, residential, and outpatient levels.
• Proven success in a call center environment, preferably in behavioral health.
• Experience in an inpatient, residential, PHP, or IOP settings.
• Proficiency in CRM (Salesforce), billing software, medical records, and Office Suite.
• Ability to type 50+ WPM while conversing, with strong written and verbal English skills.
• Track record of meeting Monthly KPIs and achieving performance goals.
• A Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business development to manage referrals.
• Provide compassionate support to clients and families.
• Process calls, web submissions, and chats with empathy.
• Support client care throughout their treatment journey.
• Fulfill performance expectations using key performance indicators.
