Requirements:
  • Fully licensed with one or more of the following: LCSW or LPC in the state of New Jersey; LCSW or LMHC in the state of Washington; LICSW, LADC1, LMHC in the state of Massachusetts

  • Coordinate with external behavioral health treatment facilities to coordinate care when necessary
  • Proactively identify methods to improve patient outcomes
