Requirements:

• Must be a licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD, PsyD, or EdD) in Psychology.
• Licensed to independently practice in California with no current supervision requirements.
• 1 year post-licensure experience in adult outpatient diagnostic evaluation and psychotherapy.
• Experience in brief, goal-directed clinical services.
• Exceptional multitasking ability and comfort with ambiguity.
• Strong communication and teaching skills.
• Willingness to work 40 hours per week, with 80% direct patient care and 20% administrative time.
• Fluency in English, strong preference for fluency in Mandarin or Spanish.
• Virtual psychotherapy experience preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the assessment and treatment of psychiatric concerns and psychosocial issues through brief psychotherapeutic interventions delivered virtually.
• Participate in rounds with psychiatric consultants and care managers.
• Conduct psychiatric evaluations to support short-term disability and provide certification.
• Provide education and consultation to behavioral health care managers and primary care providers.
• Oversee referrals to specialty mental health services and support transitions to primary care.
• Collaborate with other Behavioral Health Providers to improve company-wide skills.
• Work closely with Virtual Medical Directors, Clinical Operations Team, and National Director of Virtual Behavioral Health Services.
