Responsibilities:
Drive full cycle recruitment process for operational roles across different teams.
Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to create the ideal candidate profile.
Drive the recruitment process from start to finish in close collaboration with key stakeholders.
Be a trusted talent acquisition advisor with a strong understanding of the talent pool.
Facilitate a pipeline of strong candidates for future needs.
Be part of driving employer branding, culture creation and development, and other strategic HR projects, together with the HR team and internal departments.
