Requirements:

• Current license to practice independently without supervision, or current associate/conditional licensure depending on specific state
• Individual professional malpractice liability insurance policy (or willingness to purchase)
• Individual NPI number (or willingness to obtain)
• Submission of a fully completed, signed CAQH application (or willingness to obtain)
• Comfortable learning new online tools and technology
• Reliable internet connection

Responsibilities:

• Ability and willingness to work with clients remotely via HIPAA-compliant messaging-based and video-based therapy
• Diagnosis and treatment of mental and emotional disorders
• Maintain a full-time caseload of at least 30 billable hours per week
• Engage with and respond to all clients within a timely manner
• Complete all required documentation in a timely manner
• Test and support Direct to Employer products including digital EAP
• Understand therapist experience on the platform and formulate best practices to improve therapist experience
• Receive clinically supervised client hours towards independent/clinical licensure and attend regular meetings with Clinical Supervisor
• Additional duties as assigned
