Requirements:
  • Proven success in retail sales in an automotive dealership.
  • Experience in digital media advertising.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to identify, negotiate, and close deals.
  • Strong sales skills with the ability to create interest for new ideas.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to present data using a consultative approach.
  • Strong understanding of both larger dealer groups and family-owned dealerships.
Responsibilities:
  • Identify, develop, manage and close new business opportunities at assigned and new accounts ensuring cross-functional alignment.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with dealer senior leaders and decision-makers.
  • Prepare and present proposals and negotiate terms with dealers.
  • Support dealer escalations with involved functional areas.
  • Serve as liaison between the dealer, dealer performance manager, and dealer implementation team.
  • Learn about new products and serve as subject matter expert in TrueCar products.
  • Report and record all sales activity notes within Salesforce.
