Requirements:

• Minimum of 8-10 years of professional work experience in relevant fields.
• At least 7 years in environmental justice and lending.
• Proficiency in financial statements and project budgets.
• Strong market knowledge and relationships in the environmental sector.
• Experience with significant government compliance programs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a strategy for green lending in partnership with senior leadership.
• Design loan products to leverage available capital.
• Build internal infrastructure for environmental lending expansion.
• Coordinate with team members to identify financing opportunities.
• Serve as NFF's environmental justice expert and enhance brand awareness.
• Manage loan origination and pipeline development.
