• You live in the APAC Region in the UTC + 8 to UTC + 14 time zones.
• You are comfortable working 8 hours per weekend, with at least one shift on Saturday or Sunday.
• You have amazing written English skills.
• You empathize with customers and love troubleshooting.
• You are detail-oriented with the ability to provide detailed responses.
• You understand how digital assets work.
• You are tech-savvy with general knowledge of computers.
• You are a self-starter that works well with minimal supervision.
• You are able to manage competing priorities and prioritize tasks effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Promptly respond to customer inquiries across multiple channels.
