Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in managing contracts.
• 1-3 years of experience in advertisement technology or a related field.
• Experience in writing and discussing agreement documents and proposals for professional services engagements.
• Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment with limited supervisory attention.
• Excellent listening and verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with a range of technology solutions including DocuSign, Salesforce CPQ, Lexion, and JIRA.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external partners.

Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and assist in the negotiation of contracts including sales agreements, vendor contracts, service agreements, and other legal documents.
• Manage the contract lifecycle from initiation to renewal or termination, including contract tracking, execution, and filing.
• Build relationships with internal teams to accelerate agreements and drive continuous process improvement.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders including Sales Leadership, Revenue Operations, Legal, Accounting, and Product.
• Provide strategic stewardship on agreement negotiations to all stakeholders.
• Ensure that contracts comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and assess risks associated with contract terms and conditions and work to mitigate risks.
