Requirements:

• 5-7+ years of operations experience in technology companies, particularly in deal desk, finance, revenue, or contracts management.
• Strong understanding of GAAP accounting standards, specifically ASC 605 and ASC 606.
• Experience with SFDC Quote to Cash CPQ Tool.
• Strong structured problem-solving skills and able to demonstrate practical judgment in complex situations.
• Ability to work remotely and effectively with remote teams.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the trusted advisor to Sales and Renewals teams for complex Opportunity to Cash processes.
• Educate teams on changes in processes and best practices.
• Ensure sales compliance within deal guidelines, partnering with cross-functional teams.
• Manage and reconcile contract data in CRM systems.
• Drive efficiency in the deal process and manage issue resolution.
