Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator and Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator.
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator with at least 5 years of hands-on experience.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and data management best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented with project management abilities.
• Familiarity with Salesforce security concepts and best practices.
• Experience with agile methodologies and working with designers and engineers.
• Experience with middleware/iPaaS platforms is a plus.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the configuration and customization of Salesforce to meet the company's evolving needs.
• Provide advanced user support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for Salesforce users.
• Collaborate with IT to integrate Salesforce with other business systems.
• Develop data management strategies to maintain data integrity and create customized reports and dashboards.
• Analyze sales and CRM processes to identify areas for improvement and implement optimizations.
• Plan and execute system upgrades, enhancements, and deployments.
• Implement security controls, user permissions, and data access policies.
• Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations and establish governance policies.
