Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator and Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator preferred.
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator with at least 5 years of hands-on experience.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and data management best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented with project management skills.
• Familiarity with security concepts and best practices in Salesforce.
• Experience with agile methodologies and middleware/iPaaS platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the configuration and customization of Salesforce to meet the company's evolving needs.
• Provide advanced user support and training for Salesforce users across the organization.
• Collaborate with IT to integrate Salesforce with other business systems.
• Develop data management strategies for data integrity and create reports and dashboards.
• Analyze sales processes and implement automation for increased productivity.
• Stay updated on Salesforce releases and plan system upgrades.
• Enforce security controls and maintain documentation for governance.
