Requirements:
  • 5+ years of professional experience in B2B / SaaS.
  • Experience owning end-to-end post-sales experience and success for Developer Tools, Infrastructure, and/or Open Source products.
  • Experience managing Enterprise accounts and maintaining relationships with developers to C-suite level.
  • Strong collaboration mindset and capabilities; comfortable with asynchronous remote work.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD, deployment pipeline, and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process.
  • Demonstrable self-starter, curious, and solution-focused.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of Enterprise customers.
  • Align Vercel solutions with the customer's business strategy as a trusted product advisor.
  • Lead customers through training and adoption of Vercel's best practices to drive incremental value.
  • Guide customers through their journey while delivering Positive Business Outcomes.
  • Enable customers to effectively use Vercel's solutions for web property development and deployment.
  • Prioritize account portfolio using account tiering to ensure retention and growth.
  • Maintain high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Facilitate Executive Business Reviews with decision-makers.
  • Build and maintain account plans and mapping.
  • Act as the Voice of the Customer to improve customer experience.
  • Partner with Sales to identify expansion opportunities.
