Senior Product Manager, Payments

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in B2B or B2C product management.
• 3+ years of prior experience building a payments platform or payments capabilities.
• Ability to understand and craft strategies to resolve complex business problems.
• Track record of success in building and iterating high-value products in agile environments.
• Strong iterative design practices and platform-oriented design.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with development technologies: JavaScript, PHP/Ruby/Python, SQL.
• Experience managing integrations with third-party payment products like Stripe, Checkout, Braintree, Plaid.
• Hands-on experience with payments data analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Work with internal team members and users to define use cases and requirements.
• Translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Partner with engineering to determine optimal implementation methods and schedules.
• Lead design, technical development, and launch of products.
• Prioritize features and coordinate product schedules with engineers and product designers.
• Ship products, enhancements, and solutions for the payment system.
