Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of experience in Customer Success, Onboarding, account/relationship Management, or similar role at a SaaS Company.
  • Experience working with developer tools or technical products is a must.
  • Salesforce, Outreach, and Hubspot experience is a plus.
  • Experience collaborating with Sales and/or support teams to understand client needs.
  • Strong relationship-building skills to mitigate churn and drive renewals.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive conversion, feature adoption, retention, and expansion among customers by understanding their needs.
  • Develop a communication cadence with customers to monitor adoption trends and account health.
  • Uncover opportunities for deeper engagement and expansion.
  • Motivate customers to act as Timescale advocates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customers.
  • Provide customer feedback to other teams for product improvement.
  • Work with accounts of all sizes.
