3 or more years of digital design experience, expertise in standard ux software, ability to work with leadership and direct team, strong experience in using ux design best practices, ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently, ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions, ability to work effectively in a team setting, passion for resolving user pain points, open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism, obsessed with ux and design innovation, love researching and showcasing knowledge of industry trends and technologiesApply
