Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3+ years in finance operations or similar roles with a strong understanding of cash management and payment processing.
  • Proven experience in payment processing, vendor management, and process improvement.
  • Practical knowledge of crypto currency transactions and the market in general.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with a focus on scalability and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee cash flow management to ensure adequate liquidity across business units - including for fiat banking and crypto float wallets.
  • Lead payment processing workflows, ensuring timely and accurate disbursements.
  • Execute weekly payment runs, ensuring timely and accurate processing of all transactions - utilizing both crypto and fiat payment methods.
  • Aid in the processing of financial transactions to produce timely management accounts.
  • Perform weekly and monthly reconciliations of our accounts to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
  • Manage the BAU operations effectively, ensuring high levels of accuracy and adherence to operating models per business unit.
  • Take a hands-on approach to tackle a range of ad hoc tasks as needed.
